Statement of Work — AI Adoption Jumpstart

This Statement of Work describes exactly what you're getting when you purchase the CadenceOps AI Adoption Jumpstart. No surprises. Payment is collected at booking via Stripe.

This engagement is between CadenceOps (support@cadenceops.io) and the individual or firm that completes the booking.

Section 1

Scope of Work

CadenceOps will deliver the following three items, in sequence:

Discovery Call — 60 minutes

A structured working session where CadenceOps maps how your practice actually delivers client work — how engagements are scoped, staffed, executed, and closed. You talk. CadenceOps listens, asks questions, and maps the workflow. The goal is to identify where onboarding slows down, where the same work repeats unnecessarily, and where a clearer process gets clients to value faster.

AI Adoption Roadmap — written document

Delivered to your inbox within 48 hours of the Discovery Call. Specific to your workflow — not a template. Includes: your mapped onboarding lifecycle, the specific friction points slowing clients down, recommendations ranked by effort vs. impact, and a prioritized 30-60-90 day action plan with immediate first steps.

Roadmap Review Call — 60 minutes

A follow-up session to walk through the roadmap together, answer questions, discuss implementation approach, and make any adjustments based on your feedback. No new scope is introduced in this session. A Calendly link for this call is included with your roadmap delivery email.

Total time commitment from you: Two 60-minute calls. Everything else is handled by CadenceOps between sessions.

Everything is yours: The roadmap document is your property upon delivery and full payment. CadenceOps retains no rights to its content.

Section 2

What's Not Included

This engagement is advisory. The following are explicitly out of scope:

Agent or software development of any kind
Hands-on implementation of tools or workflows
Ongoing advisory, retainer, or follow-on services
Any additional calls, documents, or deliverables beyond those listed in Section 1

If you want implementation support or a longer engagement after the Jumpstart, that's a separate conversation. There's no obligation to continue and no pressure to do so.

Section 3

Investment & Payment

Total Fee	$450 USD, one-time. No retainer. No follow-on commitment required.
Payment	Collected at time of booking via Stripe. Work begins upon confirmed payment. You will receive a Stripe receipt by email — this serves as your order confirmation.
Refunds	Full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before the Discovery Call. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows. If CadenceOps fails to deliver the roadmap within 7 days of your Discovery Call for any reason attributable to CadenceOps, a full refund will be issued — no questions asked.
Confidentiality	CadenceOps will not share, sell, or disclose any specific business information you provide. CadenceOps may reference the engagement in aggregate and anonymized form (e.g., "worked with a 6-person consulting firm") for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

Timeline

From booking to roadmap review, the full engagement typically takes 10–14 days.

Section 5

Acceptance

By completing payment at jumpstart.cadenceops.io, you agree to the terms described in this Statement of Work. A copy of this page URL and your Stripe receipt will be sent to your email upon booking confirmation.

CadenceOps' total liability under this engagement is limited to the fee paid ($450). CadenceOps provides advisory recommendations based on information shared during the Discovery Call. You are solely responsible for evaluating and implementing any recommendations.
